The International MBA Seminar is intended for the managers and employees of German companies, who cooperate with companies and partners from Central and Eastern Europe, especially from Poland. The main goal is to deepen the understanding of social, political and economic determinants of doing business in this particular part of the world. The first module focuses on the social capital and management practices in Central and Eastern Europe.

International Human Resources Management

The second module focuses on the issues of international human resources management and it aims to present the key assumptions of this subject. It will also present the HR practices of outsourcing companies and shared services centers from Cracow, and selected fields crucial for contemporary HR management in an organization. The course will be led by business practitioners, which gives the students the opportunity not only to gain the knowledge, but also to practice their skills.
