Students
The principal goal of our University is not only to provide our students with high professional qualifications but also to imbue them with the idea of active involvement. In doing remarkable things that are very often beyond our expectations and even without our knowledge, they amply prove their commitment to this idea - for example cycling across Nepal, working for the Polish consulate in Tel Aviv and conducting sociological research in Georgia was a typical semester for one of our sociologists... A twenty-one-year-old third-year student being the initiator and coordinator of a project worth over 100,000 PLN is nothing exceptional.
TEU students not only participate in academic life but also undertake various initiatives, such as creating and operating in numerous interest clubs and societies. Moreover, TEU students organise short term projects, often of an international scope.
The TEU Students' Union
The Students' Union brings together representatives of TEU students from all academic levels and fields. The organisation supports varied scientific, cultural, sport and economic student initiatives and, above all, tries to satisfy the differing needs of all students.
