Courses selection

Prepare your list of courses for a semester abroad – check the TEU offer.

At TEU there are ECTS credits assigned to each particular course. Student obtains ECTS credits for every course successfully completed at TEU. More about the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System at http://ec.europa.eu/education/tools/ects_en.htm.

Incoming Erasmus/exchange/visiting students are obliged to participate in a Introduction to Polish Language and Culture in English.

If you know Polish well enough to participate in courses conducted in this language, you can either select a full programme in Polish or combine courses in Polish and English.

Please check the Academic Calendar and Handbook before your arrival at TEU.

Application Requirements

Prepare documents required for one semester/one year study programme at TEU:

  • application form
  • Transcript of Academic Records (issued by a candidate's home university)
  • 2 photographs (35x45 mm, on ligth backgroud)
  • a copy of applicant's identity card or passport

The deadline for sending application documents, for those who want to study at TEU in the autumn semester or for the whole year, is 30th July. To study at TEU in the spring semester, the deadline for sending application documents is 1st November.

Decision on enrollment

After receiving your documents, the International Office will send you the decision on enrollment via e-mail. TEU can send you a "Letter of Acceptance" on your request

Mentor programme

If, as a foreigner, you are anxious about dealing with Polish authorities, renting a flat, and finding your way in a new country and city, you can count on us. You will be assisted by a Polish student-mentor who will provide you with help and advice. If you are TEU Erasmus/exchange/visiting student, just tick the appropriate box in the application form to have a mentor assigned. We strongly recommend you to take this option.

After arrival

After arrival at TEU, Erasmus/exchange/visiting students deliver to the International Office two copies of the Learning Agreement signed by the Erasmus Coordinator (or partner university's representative) at the home university.

Immediately after arrival in Kraków, TEU will provide you with a student card.

Orientation week

Each Erasmus/exchange/visiting student who begins his or her semester at TEU, can take part in the Orientation Week. The updated information about the event will be send via email to the incoming students before the beginning of the semester,
