Political Philosophy ONLINE

An Invitation from the Director of Studies

Dear Prospective Student:

Political Philosophy Online is a unique e-learning experience. Our aim is to teach you how to speak. However, these are not courses in rhetoric, psychology or methods of manipulation. Our graduates will learn to speak wisely to the issues of the day. To this end, each course is focused on creating conditions for real learning and discussion, in which different informed points of view can confront one another..We will achieve this through education in politics and political theory-that is, knowledge about fundamental rules of politics, society and the state, as well as the philosophies which undergird them. Political Philosophy Online places you and your peers in conversation with history's great philosophers and thinkers, those who have commented most profoundly on human nature and experience-Plato, Aristotle, Aeschylus, Shakespeare, Montesquieu, Tocqueville, St Thomas and many more-without having to leave your room. It is above of an intellectual adventure, which could change your life, if you allow it to.

Whether you are a recent university graduate or a person active in business or politics, a homemaker or pensioner, please consider joining our growing student body and fresh young faculty as we inaugurate another term of Political Philosophy Online.

Kind Regards,

Marek Przychodzeń, PhD

Director of Studies
