Apart from being a fluent speaker in both English and other foreign language, students will posses fundamental knowledge and skills indispensable for intercultural communication in business environment.

Students following the specialization "Intercultural Business Communication" within the framework of the English Philology/ Applied Linguistics BA Program, have the opportunity to learn the most vital issues related to successful intercultural interaction particularly in private business companies. An important component of this specialization is the study and analysis of the communication styles of various cultures, which help to understand the challenges which may arise from diverse forms of intercultural communication. A particular characteristic of the system at TEU is the emphasis paid to connecting theoretical and practical knowledge and the workshops which prepare students for future work. The graduates develop advanced oral and written communication skills in an intercultural working environment.
