Responsibilities:
* handling inbound calls and chat requests from customers using tourism portal * qualify and interpret customer need and provide customer satisfaction by helping resolve customer issues * the highest levels of customer care and prompt issue resolution *compliance and adherence to procedures * tourism software operation
Expectations:
* excellent written and oral skills of Dutch * very good command of English language * excellent customer care * confident, flexible and result oriented * positive, enthusiastic and proactive * interpersonal and team building skills * experience in the travel industry will be an advantage
