Indexing Officer
Ref No: IO/05
Location: Zabierzów near Kraków

Indexing Officer is responsible for the implementation of Indexing Project for Clients in accordance with HSBC procedures and standards.

Key Accountabilities:

•    Analyzing instructions and determining their nature in order to send them to the correct system for processing
•    Acquiring and updating knowledge on procedures and products
•    Supporting achievement of team objectives,
•    Delivering high-quality client services.

Requirements:

•    Higher education,
•    Fluency in English,
•    Ability to read & write in French,
•    Computer literacy (MS Office),
•    Corporate banking experience would be an asset,
•    Good organizational skills,
•    Ability to write business letters and reports  and to learn quickly,
•    Capability to work in stress generating circumstances,
•    Professional experience in customer service area would be an asset.
