We are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

PCM Documentation Officer
Location: Zabierzów/ Kraków
Ref No: PCM/05

Key Accountabilities:

•    Administration and timely delivery of Fast Track documents,
•    Producing professional, high-quality and visually rich documents,
•    Reviewing and suggesting improvements to produced documents,
•    Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Fast Track process,
•    Providing dedicated support and establishing proactive working relationship with UK based Client Solutions Team,
•    Liaising with the PCM Sales Managers,
•    Maintaining a high level of accuracy within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

•    Higher education,
•    At least one year experience in bank or relevant area
•    General banking products knowledge,
•    Fluency in English (written and spoken),
•    Strong customer driven approach,
•    Ability to work independently and under time pressure,
•    Willingness and desire to learn and develop
•    Computer literacy (MS Office),
