German or French speaking Technical Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Daily contact in German or in French with customers (end users) mainly from Germany, Switzerland and Austria whilst also using English for the internal database when logging the calls and the process (same applies to French speaking candidate who are focused on the French market)
- Providing technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnosing the issues and providing a path to resolving inquiries
- Logging calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues
- Demonstrating a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and show empathy for the customers at all times
- Educating customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs
- Communicating positively with team members, customers and other partners
- fluent in German + communicative level of English (or Fluent French and communicative English)
- strong communication and customer service skills
- organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
- ability to identify solutions
- a high level of computer literacy
- previous experience in customer service will be an advantage
