Maria Moszyńska

Business trainer, coach and consultant, specializes in implementing systems dynamics based solutions in the areas of management and organization development.

She implements communication strategies based on systems thinking and learning organization formula of Peter Senge, MIT, Sloan School of Management. She focuses on the internal and external customer relationships, uses holistic and interdisciplinary approach, aims at strengthening individual’s position on the hipercompetitive global market. 

Serving corporate and institutional clients since the beginning of the ’90, she has developed a variety of training models and formulas, Systems Dynamics, Personal Product and Butterfly Strategy being the most widely used.

After ten years of gaining experience as an English teacher and extensive travels around Europe and South East Asia, she became a managing partner in NetLink Consulting, Management & Human Resources (1993 – 2001), introduced Austrian Management Club to Kraków (1993), co-authored a book To be a mouse and a hawk, another perspective to management (1994), brought David Cooperrider’s Appreciative Inquiry method into the Polish training market (1996), designed and facilitated training workshops for over 2000 employees of the Polish and international companies and organizations.

Maryla Moszyńska, the author of the International Business Development postgraduate studies, belongs – as a substantive supervisor and a lecturer - to the faculty of the Tischner European University in Kraków since 2006, she is also an Associate Director of South Poland Business Link, Ltd., and owns a training company, New Learning Concept – Systems Dynamics in Management & Organization Development, that offers training and coaching services to businesses, institutions and individuals.
